The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the election of Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter in August 8 election.
The court has declared that Keter was validly elected as the Member of Parliament
Speaking after the ruling, Keter said his case was fronted by cartels out to shield themselves from accountability.
“Kenyans know cartels that are fighting me. I thank God because I have come out victorious and I want to thank everyone who voted for me and supported my leadership,” he said.
