Tiaty MP Kassait Kamket and his Baringo South counterpart Charles Kamuren clashed on Thursday during a function presided over by Devolution CS Eugene Wamalwa.
The lawmakers differed on who was the host with each claiming that the venue was in their territory.
The function meant to distribute relief food to Internally Displaced persons and open schools, which had been closed due to cattle rustling, was held at Makutani.
Kamket demanded that he runs the programme since the location is in his constituency.
He said it was not right to have Kamuren as the master of ceremony.
Kamuren hit back saying the issue should be left to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Comission (IEBC).
