Eldama Ravine MP Moses Lessonet will today know whether the Supreme Court will uphold or nullify his election.
In a notice to parties, the deputy registrar of the Supreme Court said it will rule on the application filed by Former Cabinet Minister Musa Sirma.
Sirma challenged Lessonet’s victory after the latter was declared winner with 20,669 votes against 20,206.
However, Sirma lost his appeal after Nakuru Court of Appeal threw out the application on grounds that it was filed at the wrong registry.
He then moved to the apex court to seek a ruling in his favour.
