Industrialists Manu Chandaria has offered a reward of Sh10 million to repair roofs of schools that will be chosen by marathoner Eliud Kipchoge following his historic 1.59.40 win in Vienna, Austria on Saturday.
Through his official social media page, Chandaria said Kipchoge should chose schools that have leaking roofs.
“Congratulations on Kipchoges win. Wow. To celebrate Chandaria Foundation will provide Kenya Shillings Ten Million of Roofing to replace leaking roofs of the schools of his choice,” posted Chandaria.
Kipchoge has made history as he becomes the first athlete to run a marathon in less than two hours.
