Governors Moses Lenolkulal Kasaine(Samburu) Stanley Kiptis(Baringo) and Patrick Khaemba(Trans Nzoia) have been ranked as the least performing county bosses in the North Rift region.
The Survey conducted by Africa Governance and Research Foundation ranked Kasaine second worst, at number 46 nationally,Kiptis at number 38 and Khaemba at number 37 nationally.
Governor Khaemba has an approval rating of 61.6 per cent with his Baringo counterpart garning 61.5 per cent approval rating.
According to the survey, the embattled Samburu County boss, who is temporarily out of office over graft charges , has 56.6 per cent approval rating.
In the survey a sample of 2500 persons in each county were interviewed on four areas which include: Health, Urban Planning, Women and Youth Empowerment and Agriculture.
