Two workers at the Late Former President Daniel Arap Moi’s Kabarak home, have tested positive for Covid-19.
According to a statement from Kabarak, the two cases were recorded following mass-testing of staff in all the facilities at Kabarak farm.
“In our continued effort to ensure that we manage exposure and likely spread of Covid-19 in Kabarak facilities, we conduct tests on all staff from time to time,” read a statement from Kabarak.
“On Thursday June 25, 2020, samples of staff at Kabarak Guest House were taken for testing. On Sunday June 28, we got the results and two of the samples tested positive. The county response team took necessary steps to isolate the cases. The contacts have also been quarantined after tracing them,” the statement pointed out.
