Kesses Constituency National Government- Development Fund (NG-CDF), under area MP Dr Mishra Kiprop, has been ranked the best-managed kitty in the North Rift region, in the latest survey by research firm Education Effect.
According to the survey, Kesses was ranked third countrywide coming in top in the Rift Valley region.
The survey shows Nandi Hills(Alfred Keter) constituency as second in the region while Turbo(Janet Sitienei) and Cherangany(Joshua Kutuny) came in third and fourth respectively.
Embattled Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi closed the list of the top five performers in the region.
The survey focused on enhancement of education infrastructure, improvement in security and safety, improved road network and facilitation of education through bursaries and scholarships.
“This is a study done to ascertain the performance of the legislators while using the NG-CDF funds to spur development in the respective constituencies across the country in the FY 2018/19,”the organization stated.
Mishra has attributed the achievement to his CDF management team.
