Nakuru Court has ordered Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi to avail medical reports after he failed to attend court on grounds that he was ill.
The lawmaker was set to appear today for the hearing of his case on hate speech and offensive conduct.
However his counsel Felix Orenge informed the court that the lawmaker was unwell and sought another date for the hearing.
Senior Resident Magistrate Benjamin Limo declined to issue an arrest warrant applied by Senior Assistant DPP Daniel Karuri.
He however issued a summon for Sudi to attend court and avail his medical records to support his disposition.
The case is slated for February, 19th 2021.
